Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 13, 2026
This Privacy Notice describes how MobileMind collects, uses, and shares personal information via its website, training services and software available to schools or other educational institutions ("Training Services") and related services we provide (collectively, our "Services"). This Privacy Notice also describes the choices MobileMind offers with respect to such data when you use our Services. MobileMind offers solutions that help train educators to meet continuing education or other requirements and to help assess educator performance. Our Services are often used by schools, school districts, and others. To understand how these business customers use your information, you should contact them.
Our commitments to the schools and educators we serve. MobileMind does not sell your personal information. We do not use your personal information to serve interest-based or targeted advertising, and we do not permit advertisers or other third parties to track users of our platform across unaffiliated websites or online services for advertising purposes. We do not obtain or append commercial or marketing data about you from third-party data brokers or "enrichment" services. We use the information we collect to deliver, secure, and improve our Training Services, as described below.
We collect information you choose to give us and other information that may be automatically collected from your use of the Site and your device. We use that information to operate our business, and for the purposes set forth below. This Privacy Notice does not apply to third parties or their services. This Privacy Notice does not apply to information which cannot be identified to any individual, household, or their devices.
Information We Collect
To provide MobileMind Services, we collect data by which you may be personally identified. We may also collect information about the devices and equipment you use to access our Services, and usage data. We collect this information from a variety of sources, including:
- Directly from you when you provide it to us, including when you enroll in our Services.
- Automatically as you use the Services.
- From your school, school district, or employer, and from service providers such as analytics providers who help us operate and improve the Services.
Information directly from you -
The information we collect on or through our Services may include information that you provide directly to us, including your first and last name, phone number, and email address. In connection with our Training Services, we may collect information such as date of birth, the school district where you are employed, job title, and a profile photo. We also collect information provided at the time you fill out forms on our Services, sign up for emails and newsletters, or communicate with us. If you are a teacher or other user of our Training Services, we may track your training progress.
Information we collect through automatic data collection technologies - We may collect data regarding your use of our Sites or our Training Services through cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies. This data may include your IP address; the date and time you access the Services and the pages and content you access during your visit; the websites you navigate to or from our Services; and emails from us that you open and the links you click within them. We may also collect information about your mobile device and how you interact with our mobile application. Cookies are small identifiers sent from a web server that are stored on your device to identify your browser or to store information or settings, such as your preferences. We use these technologies to operate, secure, personalize, and improve our Services and to understand how our Services are used. We do not use these technologies to build advertising profiles about you or to track you across unaffiliated third-party websites.
Information we collect from other sources -
If you are a teacher or other user of our Training Services, we may collect information about you from your employer, school, school district, or other business customer, including information about school or teaching assignments, training progress or schedules, and assessments. We may also use analytics providers to help us understand how our Services are used so that we can maintain and improve them. We do not obtain or append commercial or marketing data about you from third-party data brokers or enrichment services, and we do not use third-party data to build advertising or marketing profiles about you.
"Do Not Track" signals -
Some web browsers offer a "Do Not Track" ("DNT") setting. There is no common industry standard for how to respond to DNT signals, and our Services do not respond to them. However, because we do not conduct or permit interest-based advertising or third-party cross-site tracking on our platform, this setting has limited practical effect on how your information is handled through our Services.
How We Use Information We Collect
We may use data we collect for a variety of purposes, including the following:
- To operate our business, including to schedule, track and measure training progress and conduct assessments through our Training Services.
- To maintain, analyze, customize, measure and improve our Services.
- To provide customer support.

We do not combine your information with commercial third-party data for advertising purposes, and we do not use your information for interest-based advertising.
How We Secure Information
We are committed to maintaining measures to protect the security of your information. Of course, despite these measures, no network or system is ever entirely secure and we cannot guarantee the security of networks and systems that we operate or that are operated on our behalf.
We may share your information with third parties as permitted or required by law, or as directed or authorized by you. For example, we may share information about you:
- In connection with our Training Services, with your local school or school district, including information about your assessments, use of our platform, and training progress, and to permit them to assign a location for training and development.

- With our professional advisors who provide legal, compliance, accounting, banking, or consulting services.
- In order to comply with our legal obligations or to protect the interests, property or legal rights of you, ourselves, or third parties.
- To law enforcement, officials, or other third parties when we are compelled to do so by a subpoena, court order, or similar law enforcement request, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to prevent physical harm or financial loss, to report suspected illegal activity, or to investigate violations of this Privacy Notice or other applicable terms.
- To companies or other entities in connection with, or during the negotiation of, any merger, sale of company stock or assets, financing, acquisition, divestiture or dissolution of all or a portion of our business.
- For other legal purposes, such as to enforce our legal terms, or to exercise or defend legal claims.
- With your direction or consent.
In addition, our Training Services may offer you the opportunity to share your own training progress publicly (for example, on social media sites), at your election. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your personal information with third parties for their own interest-based advertising.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and to meet our legal, contractual, and regulatory obligations. For users of our Training Services, the retention, deletion, and return of personal information — including upon the expiration or termination of the agreement with your school or district — are governed by our agreement (including any data processing agreement or data privacy addendum) with the school or district that provides your access to the Services. Schools and districts may contact us at info@mobilemind.io with questions about the retention, deletion, or return of data associated with their instance of the Training Services.
Schools and Educational Institutions
Our Training Services are designed for use by educators and school staff in their professional capacity. Where our Services involve personal information that is subject to education-privacy laws or to a school or district’s own data-protection requirements, we handle that information in accordance with our agreements with the applicable school or district.
